So I may have been a little eager welcoming our Indian Summer yesterday as today I woke up to rain! Guess Fall has now officially arrived in my mind...and what better way to welcome it, than with a hot, baked dinner with gravy! Was super deelish and there are leftovers for tomorrow...

That looks awesome! So you added broccoli and it looks like you used sweet potatoes instead of whit potatoes? And how do you make your gravy? I have to start cooking again! Come cook for us LOL!
