The smell of these organic onions in the kitchen this morning is divine! Yum Yum Allium! I'm not much of a recipe follower when it comes to cooking these days, but I have been checking out some new recipes online and have found two that I'd like to try: Carmelized Onion Pie with Rice Crust
OR
Rice and Lentil Pilaf with Caramelized Onions
Now it's time for me to make up my mind: Decisions, Decisions! I pick the pilaf as my first dish...will probably end up making them both at some point in time!
