I am thinking...that the weather has been brilliant for the Olympics...looks like everyone is having such a terrific time!
From the learning rooms...I am learning to part with things I don't need or have use for.
I am thankful for...uninterrupted sleep.
I am wearing...black yoga pants and an oatmeal shirt
I am remembering...hot cross buns! They're on the shelves at the bakery again and so lovely with a cup of tea!
I am going...to go for a walk, read my book, watch some Olympics and get our laundry done today.
I am currently reading...still reading The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo...been too busy watching the Olympics lately.
I am hoping...Canada wins their next hockey game.
On my mind...close family members that are going through a tough time right now...sending my love and support.
I am creating...more cards and a top-secret project!
Noticing that...the cherry blossoms and daffodils are here!
Pondering these words...Years wrinkle the skin; but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul. I've been wrinkling my soul lately.
I am hearing...ringing in my ears...louder today than usual. ugh.
From the kitchen...another pot of homemade soup.
A few plans for the rest of the week...haven't made any concrete plans...just taking it day by day right now.
Around the house...would like to sort through some more drawers/closets and get rid of things we aren't needing or using.
One of my favourite things...long chats with my Mom.
A picture I'm sharing...more food of course! *grin*

You better get that soul ironed out girl! : ) Just as life can sometimes resemble one big party, it can also resemble a quiet night alone with a cup of tea. Each can be a blessing and there is a time for both. Hang in there, the enthusiasm will return! It does sound like Spring where you are at. It's freezing in the southern plains! I always enjoy looking at your blog. Have a great week!
It sounds like some negativities are sneaking in. Hope the nice weather helps out a bit with that. I am glad for you that you are having the nice weather. It snowed a bit here, not sticking though.
Treasure the long chats with your Mom. That is probably one of the things I miss the most about my Mom.
Take care, Donna.
